Edge can mean a lot of things, but it’s an umbrella term to set you apart from everyone else. Edge is something that we like to revisit again and again. We all want to leave our mark and this is ours.

Personally, I like to add a punch of something different in anything I do. The “been theres” and “done thats” can gradually become quick sand that sucks you in and drowns you. But don’t panic, you can approach the situation with a light touch. It may be subtle, but I want to continually push myself into trying different approaches. You know, little distinctions that I can inject into my work to give it my own mark. As for the rest of the team, distinctions vary.

As Boldkick, we thrive in uniqueness. Our project manager, Cindy, likes to work quietly—but steady. “Be calm like water,” she says, “So people can see you when you make your splash.”

Honesty is Sheldon’s personal edge. He shares: “I see no point in giving someone advice that is going to steer them wrong. I’m not afraid to voice my opinion, and I can deliver my feedback with a genuine desire to help and improve someone’s ideas.”

Having an edge makes your craft more remarkable. That’s what we try to do every single day. That’s our kung fu.
